Sunshine Makers, Inc. has reportedly agreed to a class action settlement of two lawsuits filed against it in California, styled O’Brien vs. Sunshine Makers, Inc., Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Bernardino, Class Action Case No. CIV-SB-2027994 and Moran v. What Settlement Benefits Does The Simple Green Non-Toxic Cleaning Products Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Provide?

The Simple Green Non-Toxic Cleaning Products class action lawsuit Settlement reportedly provides for the creation of a common fund of four million three hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($4,350,000) for payment of Valid Claims and other expenses.

Simple Green settlement Class Members who do not have a purchase receipt and who submit a Valid Claim will reportedly be entitled to a maximum refund of three dollars ($3.00) per Settlement Class Product purchased for up to ten (10) Settlement Class Products purchased, totaling up to thirty dollars ($30.00) in payment (which amounts may be increased or decreased proportionally pro rata, depending on how many valid claims are submitted). Simple Green settlement class Members who have proof of purchase may submit a claim for three dollars ($3.00) per Settlement Class Product purchased.

In addition, as part of the settlement, Sunshine Makers has agreed to remove certain representations from the labeling and packaging of the Settlement Class Products.
