What Settlement Benefits Does The Simple Green Non-Toxic Cleaning Products Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Provide?
The Simple Green Non-Toxic Cleaning Products class action lawsuit Settlement reportedly provides for the creation of a common fund of four million three hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($4,350,000) for payment of Valid Claims and other expenses.
Simple Green settlement Class Members who do not have a purchase receipt and who submit a Valid Claim will reportedly be entitled to a maximum refund of three dollars ($3.00) per Settlement Class Product purchased for up to ten (10) Settlement Class Products purchased, totaling up to thirty dollars ($30.00) in payment (which amounts may be increased or decreased proportionally pro rata, depending on how many valid claims are submitted).
