We have several windows with issues – home was built in 1996. Please let me know what we need to do to further participate in order to get some type of compensation towards fixing the problems!

i have 8 damaged windows in my home. three of which are actually letting rain come in and run down the drywall. The windows are still under warranty. Pella reviewed the windows and told me “yes, there is damage but they couldn’t do anything. I had to file a claim. That was months ago. Now Pella will not talk to me due to this class action suit and the administrator just tells me I must wait for the courts. It could be years before this is settled. I need the windows replaced now before more damage is done. How do I get this freed up????
