My line of credit was reduced from $217,000 to $50,000 which put me out of business. Citibank sent an appraiser from a different area and used short sales , foreclosures and property on a busy road when mine is on a cul-de-sac. They said they would change my limit if I paid for another appraisal. I think they should pay for it.
