Kmart Class Action Settlement In Class Action Lawsuit Over Kmart’s “Germ Defense” Immune Supplement Receives Preliminary Approval

A class action settlement in a lawsuit against Kmart by Kmart customers who allege that the makers of Kmart’s immune supplement “Germ Defense” misled the public and sold a product that did not boost the immune system has been preliminarily approved by a Madison County Illinois Circuit court judge, according to a class action settlement news report.

The Kmart class action settlement reportedly provides that Kmart and Sears Roebuck and Co. would pay out vouchers to class members (up to two per claimant, total $5 each good toward any $20 Kmart purchase).
