Georgia Cash America Payday Loan Class Action Settlement of Greene v. Georgia Cash America et al Pay Day Lending Lawsuit

If you obtained a Payday Loan of $3,000 or less that was originated, marketed or serviced by, through or on behalf of Georgia Cash America, Inc., Cash America International, Inc. and Daniel R. Georgia Cash America, Inc., Cash America International, Inc. and Daniel R. Feehan (“Defendants”) have reportedly agreed to a proposed settlement of a pay day lending class action lawsuit against them in the State Court of Cobb County, Georgia (styled as Greene, et al. v. Georgia Cash America, Inc., et al., Case No. Case No. 004 A 7104-6), alleging, among other things, that Georgia Cash America and Cash America International improperly made payday loans and imposed charges for interest and fees on payday loans, purtportedly higher than legally permissible, according to the Georgia Cash America Payday Loan class action settlement notice.

Georgia Cash America Payday Loan class action lawsuit settlement class members reportedly include, unless otherwise excluded, all persons in Georgia who obtained a Payday Loan of $3,000 or less that was originated, marketed or serviced by, through or on behalf of Georgia Cash America, Inc., Cash America International, Inc. or Daniel R. Feehan from October 9, 2001.

The Georgia Cash America Payday Loan class action lawsuit settlement will reportedly provide a maximum of $36,000,000 to pay class member claims. Georgia Cash America Payday Loan class members who repaid all or some of the interest or fees charged on their Payday Loan can file claims (the deadline is January 14, 2014) to receive  three  times  the  Actual  Damages  incurred by them.  Settlement claim forms can be obtained online at www.georgiacashamericasettlement.com/claim

    misfortun and should never be tolerated under any and should never be tolerated under any circumstance and yes I do believe that every person that is in this class action suit sh and yes I do believe that every person that is in this class action suit should be paid and I don’t think you should take any longer than what the judge and lawyers have agreed upon and at that time I do believe that money are too big should be an art all to be dis um burst disperse to the members of this class action suit thank you
