The First National Bank of Pennsylvania Overdraft Fee settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons who had a First National Bank of Pennsylvania checking or demand deposit Account that could be accessed with a Debit Card; and between June 1, 2006, through and including February 8, 2013, incurred an Overdraft Fee (i.e., a fee for customer’s withdrawals from a bank account that exceed the available balance) as a result of First National Bank of Pennsylvania’s practice of posting Debit Card Transactions from highest to lowest dollar amount (and had two or more Overdraft Fees assessed on the same day, at least once).

    Why should this ban k have to return overdraft fees when TD Bank and TD Banknorth along with Bank of America and Chase pays absolutely nothing for all the money they cheated the American people out of ?
