Who Is Included In The Bayer Cipro Class Action Settlement?
The Bayer Cipro settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons and entities who bought the prescription antibiotic drug Cipro in California between January 8, 1997 and October 31, 2004.
What Settlement Benefits Does The Bayer Cipro Class Action Settlement Provide?
Under the Bayer Cipro class action settlement, Bayer will reportedly pay $74,000,000 into a Settlement Fund to be distributed to settlement Class Members who file valid claims after deductions for attorneys’ fees, costs, and other fees and expenses. Class members can recover a minimum payment of $25 under the Cipro settlement and possibly more depending on the amount of Cipro that was purchased between January 8, 1997 and October 31, 2004, the total number of valid claims that are submitted by Cipro class members; and the attorneys fees, costs and expenses that are approved by the Court.
