The Deal or No Deal Lucky Case Game Premium Text Message class action lawsuit settlement reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons and entities who paid premium text message charges in connection with entering the “Lucky Case Game” promotion, and who did not win a prize.
The proposed Deal or No Deal Lucky Case Game Premium Text Message class action settlement reportedly provides that Defendants have agreed to refund all premium text message charges paid by Class Members who submit valid claims.
