The American Idol Challenge Premium Text Message Promotion class action lawsuit settlement reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons and entities who paid premium text message charges in connection with entering the “American Idol Challenge” promotion, and who did not win a prize.
The proposed American Idol Challenge Premium Text Message Promotion class action settlement reportedly provides that Defendants have agreed to refund all premium text message charges paid by Class Members who submit valid claims.
The Court will hold a Fairness Hearing on December 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Western Division, Courtroom 790, located at 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 to consider whether the American Idol Challenge Premium Text Message settlement is fair, reasonable and adequate.
