A court has awarded more than $1.9 billion to class members in a class action lawsuit filed against Ford Motor Company (“Ford Motor” or “Ford” or “Defendant”) in the Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County Ohio (styled Westgate Ford Truck Sales, Inc. v. Ford Motor Company, Class Action Case No. CV 02-483526), alleging, among other things, that Ford violated terms of franchise agreements with Ford truck dealers, according to a Ford Motor Truck Dealer Franchise class action lawsuit ruling.
