I have not been happy with the verizon service I have been getting but I can not afford to cut the service off as I have 4 lines which they are telling me will cost me 600 to cut off my service. Originally my bill was
supose to be 120 a month but it is more like 220 I will not renew with this company

Ever month when I receive my Verizon statement I know to get set for a phone call to them and a fight. I have been charged for 300.00 for equipment that I did not order. I have late fees and several fees that are added to my monthly statement ever month. I have been a Verizon customer for over nine years and wish I would have walked away when I was out of contract with them. Someone needs to help put a stop to their over billing

I purchased 3 phones (family plan) from Verizon back in 2005, but after a couple months of not getting the best of service/connection issues, I changed providers.

Since that time, Verizon reported it to the credit bureaus, adversely affecting my credit score and despite numerous letters to the credit bureaus informing them of Verizon agreeing to reimburse their clients for said fees after losing to the class action law suit of ETFs, Equifax and Experian refuse to remove the mark, TransUnion is the only agency which has removed it.

This negative mark (the only one on my report) is preventing me on receiving the approval letter needed to purchase my first home. Verizon, not wanting to admit fault will refuse to contact the bureaus to have the mark removed.

If anyone knows of the actual class action case number against Verizon for the ETFs, please contact me. I believe with the actual case number, maybe, the other two credit bureaus will finally remove the item from my report.

What is that case number so I can print out that decision? I got a “Bill” from Illinois obscuring the fact is was for the etf which they knew that court said they could not charge.
I was not on the suit because I had not paid the fee, which was later decided against them.
    Thank you
