A class action lawsuit has been filed against Sun Pacific Trucking, Inc. and Pacific Green Trucking, Inc. alleging that Sun Pacific Trucking and Pacific Green Trucking denied certain port truckers minimum wage and meal and rest periods in violation of wage and hour laws, according to a class action lawsuit news report.

I was nearly side-swiped by a Pacific Green Truck this afternoon @12:32 p.m. in Gardena, CA . The incident happened on the West-bound Redondo Bch. Blvd. coming up to Normandie Ave. This ASS-HOLE driver has his right turn signal going, that was on the shipping container trailer he was hauling. So, one figures that this ASS-HOLE, is going to make a right turn, right? But, instead he veers into my lane, trying to get all the way over to the left lane to make LEFT TURN on to Normandie Ave. (South-bound). I then see in my rear-view mirror that he actually has his hazard lights going. What a dip-shit!!!! His trailer light is blinking a right turn. So I guess his trailer light on the left doesn’t work!!!! Wish there was a cop there to witness this. This ASS-HOLE nearly caused a wreck!!!! Pacific Green Trucking doesn’t even have a web-site. If they did, boy I’d give them my 2-cents worth.
