The Pacific Bell AT&T California Late Fee settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons with area codes in California and billing addresses in California who have received residential landline phone service from Pacific Bell d/b/a AT&T California or its affiliates pursuant to Pacific Bell’s California Residential Service Agreement or successor agreement and who paid one or more late payment charge imposed by Pacific Bell Telephone for service between July 15, 2009 and April 24, 2013.

The Pacific Bell AT&T California Late Fee class action settlement will reportedly provide for the creation of $15 million settlement fund to be distributed to, among others, current and former AT&T California customers.
