Todd Christopher International, Inc. d/b/a Vogue International (“Vogue International” or “Defendant”) has reportedly agreed to a proposed settlement of a class action lawsuit against Vogue International in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (styled as Golloher v. Todd Christopher International, Inc., Case No. 12-cv-06002-RS) alleging, among other things, that Vogue International led certain customers of its Organix Hair Care or Organix Skin Care Products to believe that its Organix hair and skin care products were mostly or wholly organic, according to the Organix Hair & Skin Care class action settlement notice.
The Organix Hair & Skin Care settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons who bought at least one Organix brand hair care or Organix brand skin care product on or after October 25, 2008.
Pursuant to the Organix Hair & Skin Care Class Action Lawsuit Settlement, Todd Christopher International, Inc. will reportedly create of a settlement fund of $6.5 million to, among other things, pay class members who file claims $4 for each product purchased (up to a maximum of $28 per settlement class member).
