The LivingSocial Deal Voucher Settlement Class reportedly includes all persons in the United States who purchased or received any Deal Voucher prior to October 1, 2012. A “Deal” reportedly includes items marketed, sold, or promoted exclusively on the LivingSocial websites, including products, services, gift cards or credit.
What Settlement Benefits Does The LivingSocial Deal Voucher Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Provide:
Under the LivingSocial Deal Voucher class action settlement, LivingSocial has agreed to create a settlement fund of $4,500,000 to be used to provide cash payments to Settlement Class Members who submit timely and valid Claim Forms. Settlement Class Members each have the ability to recover a pro rata share of that fund up to 100% of the amount they paid for any LivingSocial Deal Vouchers that they still hold that the Settlement Class Member has been unable to redeem. LivingSocial has also agreed to make changes to its business practices regarding LivingSocial Deals.
