Prison Industrial Complex demonstration arrests settlement, if approved by the Court, will provide up to $18,000 per class member in compensation (to those who file a timely and valid claim form) and the arrests of IMF World Bank class members will be expunged and declared legally null and void.   Under the settlement, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department has also reportedly agreed to mandatory training of its officers and other measures to prevent recurrence.
