FalconStor Software settlement class members reportedly include, unless otherwise excluded, all persons who purchased FalconStor Stock between March 12, 2008 and September 29, 2010, inclusive, and suffered losses in their investment due to the decline in the value of FalconStor common stock.
Under the FalconStor Software securities fraud Class Action Lawsuit Settlement, FalconStor has agreed to create a settlement fund of $5 million for the benefit of the settlement class. Settlement class members must file a Proof of Claim and Release form to qualify for a settlement payment.
