I was sued by verizon because the family plan i had one of the phones never stopped roaming running my bill up to 1400 plus dollars then they sued me for non payment do i qualify under the class action suit
I puchased a verizon phone with a single plan and later decided to upgrade to a family plan within the 30 day period to return my items they were returned but I was still over charge and forced to break my contract because no took the liberity to look into the situation so now im in the credit bureau for $1700. Do I qualify under the class action lawsuit.
I belong here I have had verizon since 2003 and had this plan
I had the family plan but because my daughter lived in another state they forgot to tell me that did not count as part of my family so my faimly woul run up to 500- 600 hundred a month that was not what I was expecting
I find this to be a remarkable settlement – More minutes I don’t need to use with the provider deemed at fault. I called the toll free number and was told this was a ‘benefit’ Verizon was giving to customors? Consumers do not appear to have had a voice in negotiating this agreement. I hope the Courts will find more equitable solutions going forward.
I already have unlimited long distant calling so this settlement sounds like a scam also. There being allowed to take the easy way out the customers who were defrauded should have something to say about it this settlement is bogus.
I have tried to look up the website for the class-action settlement and the server cannot be found. I have called customer service as the letter states and press 0, the recording tells me invalid , good bye and hangs up.
I would like to know how many units per minute to call Norderstedt Germany, and can I call from a different phone with this pin or does it need to be my phone with verizon?
I really don’t want to be charged for the call.
