Under the Bayer Aspirin class settlement, claimants who submit documents of proof of purchase will reportedly be entitled to a payment for $4.00 for each purchase of Bayer Women’s and/or $6.00 for each purchase of Bayer Heart Advantage, subject to pro rata reductions if the claims for settlement payment exceed the settlement fund. Claimants who do not have proof of purchase who file claims, will reportedly be entitled to a one-time cash Settlement Payment of $4.00 for all purchases of Bayer Women’s and/or $6.00 for all purchases of Bayer Heart Advantage from the Settlement Class fund, subject to pro rata reductions if the claims for settlement payment exceed the settlement fund.

I received a check for $153.38 dollars for the bayer settlement for the low doe aspirin. According I should be getting $6 foer each purchase, between 2008 – 2012. I know I ddid not purchase that much aspirin. Is there something else involved in the calculation. It seems like a very very high amount.
