A class action lawsuit has been filed against Zynga (“Zynga” or Defendant”) in federal district court in San Francisco California (captioned Nancy Graf v. Zynga also missued my account with them and gave my credit card information out to some crooks who tried to take thousand of dollars out of my account. My bank stopped it, but I had to go through the pain of starting over with new accounts, the hassle alone is enough to make me want to sue Zynga. How do I get in on this class action lawsuit, because not only did they do this, but they also took money from me and cheated me on my games in return, this was mainly in Frontierville, where I would either buy credits or earn them and they would take them away by telling me my server had crashed. At first they would remiburse me for what I lost, but as time went on they would ignore me and offer me NO customer support, plus they started getting very rude to me in the game by repeatedly crashing me on the game and putting up pop up windows that said things like “oh so sorry, maybe you should be nicer when you ask about things” I saw this kind of abuse regularly. This is a very rude and uncivil company, that thinks they are above the law and can run about rip shod over everyone, maybe it is time we stopped playing these stupid games and drive them into poverty. WE would all be better off working in communties, cooking, knitting, reading, teaching or giving our help to others, then waisting our time supporting a bunch of childish brats who think they run the world. they don’t.
