YTB International Independent Marketing Representatives File Class Action Lawsuit Against YTB International Alleging YTB Operates An Illegal Pyramid Scheme
A class action lawsuit was filed against YTB International ( “YTB” or “Defendant”) in Madison County Circuit Court in Illinois (captioned John Stull, Randall Quick, LaShonda Stiff; Faye Morrison, Jeff and Polly Hartman, JPH Development, Courtney Speed; Kwame Thompson, Jorge Gonzalez, Nikky Shotwell; and Grace Perry. v. YTB International, Case No. 10-L-608) alleging that YTB International is operating an illegal pyramid scheme, according to a class action lawsuit news report.
The YTB International class action lawsuit complaint reportedly alleges that the YTB program is based upon selling cheap online travel agencies to recruits, and then allowing the new recruits to recruit others to do the same thing. The YTB International class action complaint also reportedly alleges that in their capacity as independent marketing representatives RTAs, the plaintiffs could receive refunds of $450 paid to start the YTB program if they recruited three people to buy online travel agencies and that they could be reimbursed for their monthly RTA fee for every month the online travel agency remained active if they recruited six people.

I was recruited by a rta and feel i was cheat after have book friends for a cruise and never received any profit. plus i believe the company misrepresented it self about the income you would receive.
All misleading it was to be so easy to recruit all these people. Never had one!!!
