The TicketMaster UPS Delivery Charge & Order Processing Fee class action lawsuit reportedly includes the following persons as class members, unless otherwise excluded:
All United States residents who purchased tickets using TicketMaster’s www.ticketmaster.com Website during the period from October 21, 1999 through May 31, 2010 (the “Class”).
The TicketMaster UPS Delivery Charge & Order Processing Fee class action lawsuit also includes a subclass consisting of those class members who also paid the UPS Delivery Price (the “Subclass”).
The Court has reportedly set the class action lawsuit case for non-jury trial beginning January 26, 2011.
TicketMaster class members have the right to exclude themselves from the class action lawsuit by filing a written request for exclusion with the Notice Administrator either electronically at www.ticketfeelitigation.com/node/4 or by mail sent to: Ticket Fee Litigation, Strategic Claims Services, 600 N. Jackson Street, Suite 3, Media, Pennsylvania 19063, postmarked or received (if sent by means other than U.S. mail) by the notice administrator not later than November 8, 2010 (listing the class members name, address, email address and the name of the class action case. If a TicketMaster class member does not exclude themselves from the Class, they reportedly will automatically be in the Class and be bound by the results of the TicketMaster class action lawsuit.
