Please advise me of you plan to have a class action suit against BMW. I am an owner of a 2007 335I Turbo. BMW never advised me of any possible problems and now I also fear a loss of value on my car..I would like to be part of any action suit against them.
    Thank You

I am a current student at Strayer and I can honestly say that I can see them misusing money due to the fact that they have messed up my money and they act like its not a problem but when I call them it is a problem. They have had my aid for 4 weeks and it still hasn’t disbursed.

Unfortanelty hard times fell and everyone and Strayer is unsing it students to get back on top. I am contact lawyers now to see what type of case I have.

      Antoinette,

I had much the same problem at BMW of Ann Arbor on a 2007 CPO 525Xi. Developed into mold issues. I went to BMW of Okemis to have a vehicle history report run which showed absolutely NO complaints or service attempts at fixing the vehicle. BMW’s response was pretty much “oh well”. I even voice recorded a rep from BMW USA acknowledging there was a known manufacturing defect causing the leak…
