A class action lawsuit was filed against Kellogg USA alleging that Kellogg sells its Froot Loops cereal with pictures of actual fruit even though Froot Loops allegedly contains no actual fruit, according to a class action lawsuit news report.

The Kellogg Froot Loops class action lawsuit, styled Roy Werbel v. Kellogg USA, Case.
