A class action lawsuit has been filed against Google (“Google” or “Defendant”) alleging, among other things, that Google made misleading claims about Google’s Nexus One smart phone and its 3G capabilities and failed to adequately support customers with Nexus One 3G connectivity issues, according to a class action lawsuit news report.
