my comment is i cant yet i can believe it. every since the person got big bucks after suing McDonalds because the hot coffee she ordered was hot and burned her when “SHE” screwed up and spilled it, now all kinds of people are trying to reach into others wallets for free money which is what has now made this nation ” SUE” happy. its so bad that even “average joe/josephine citizen who just work hard and keep to themselves are at risk of being sued for anything someone can dream up and get an attorney who agrees.
which brings me to my real issue in all this—-THE ATTORNEYS. Im not sure if there are just way too many which forces a lot of them to become “ambulance chasers” like the ones running constant ads on tv and filing what i feel is truly too many frivilous suits. a lot of these B/S suits would stop if half the nations attorneys got into another line of work or wound up getting sued themselves.
and all the “sexual harrassment” suits–plz dont get me started. i mean i am all for some rules when it comes to truly sexually harrassing a person, but a woman (or could be a man) walks by my doorway and hears the end of a “dirty joke” being told and the teller gets sued. i mean really?? i can really get on a soap box with this outrageous subject, but i wont
