Quite frankly it is the consumers job to educate themselves. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out more caloric energy input versus caloric output will yield storage of unused energy. Is what Dyakor did wrong? Yes. Should a lawsuit successfully be filed against them for misleading consumers into buying their product? If that is the case then every infomercial on television should practically be filed suit on due to the fact that they all in some way mislead.
