I have two PS3’s in my house. The credit/debit card information is automatically stored on the system. I had $185.00 in unauthorized charges and Playstation Network told me they wouldn’t refund the money. They said it was done by one of my children and I should better monitor my children and debit card. They said I should have recieved an email confirming the purchases, neither my son or I received any emails from Playstion. We didn’t even get the email saying there was a breech until April 29th (12 days after the initial breech, 11 days after I contacted them about the unauthorized charges).
