i am going through the same issue with jc penney and savings tp go. the question is should there be a class action also in new hampshire.
I am having the same issue here in Texas!! I have unknowingly been paying them $9.95 since 2008! I never signed up for it and they would only refund me $29.85. They are STEALING from people across the United States and making a HUGE Profit!!! We need a Class Action Lawsuit in Texas too! I’m sure I am not the only person here paying that unknowingly!
Unfortunately..:I have become a victim to these scams..I was taken for a little over 400.00 charged to my credit card without my approval…I was unsuccessful in getting this outfit (stonebridge) to return my money/credit my jcpenney card…and I was subjected to a host of intimidation tactics from the stone bridge reps that I had spoken to….
