A class action lawsuit has been filed against Full Tilt Poker, Ltd. (“Full Tilt Poker” or “Full Tilt”) and others (collectively “Defendants”) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (styled Steve Segal, Nick Hammer, Robin Hougdahl and Todd Terry v. Full Tilt Poker, Ltd., Pocket Kings Ltd., Tiltware, LLC, Vantage, Ltd., Filco, Ltd. Pocket Kings Consulting Ltd., Ranston Ltd., Mail Media Ltd., et al, Class Action Case No. 11-CV-4521) alleging, among other things, that certain “real-money” internet poker players who held Player Accounts with the Full Tilt Poker internet gambling website who were ordinarily free to draw on their Player Accounts to play poker in Full Tilt card rooms, using Full Tilt software, and who were ordinarily free to deposit and withdraw funds from their Full Tilt Player Accounts, had their Player Accounts frozen by Full Tilt Poker since April 15, 2011 and that certain online poker players have been deprived access to their own funds, according to the Full Tilt Poker internet gambling and online poker class action lawsuit complaint.
