    Hi,
This is so flustrating, I see all these charges on my bill plus other charges and most of us do not have the resolve to correct the problem. The only ones that really get any restitution is the Lawyers in these lawsuits and we still do not get the problem resolved. And its not just a few companys doing this, when I look up most of all the other companys they are doing the same to us, phone companys, internet companys, real estate etc. I am sick of how corrupt everyone is getting and getting away with it.

I hate this company. We had to have them, because where were living at the time, we couldn’t get anybody else. Then we bought a house in Pillager,MN , Aug. 19, 2011 and had to cancel their service because CTC wouldn’t let any other companies service the area, so, Frontier tried to charge us for over $ 500.00, to break our contract ( which we didn’t even know that we had one ), & when we didn’t pay it, they put it on our credit report. After about 2 months at our new house, we got a bill from them for over $ 200.00 to settle the bill ( which we thought ), we paid it & they still haven’t removed the old charges. We are about ready to dispute the charges with Credit company. We had our service with Frontier from about 9-2010 to 8- 2011. Always paid our bill on time.
Thank you for listening to me, Janene Irwin

Frontier tries anything to get your money. I have been trying since Dec. to get a bill correct and each time it goes up. First it was $465 then it went to over 6 hundred dollars and the last one is $924. The problem I find with this lawsuit is you can’t find out if you have money coming or the amount

It is very frustrating knowing that these big companies can get away with this stuff, I live on a very fixed income and i feel like I have been violated and taken advantage of. Someone needs to stop these companies from the unruly behavior .
