Cell Phone User Files TCPA Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Against JPMorgan Chase Bank & Chase Auto Finance Over Alleged Automatic Telephone Dialing System (“ATDS”) Or Artificial Or Prerecorded Voice Calls Regarding Car Loans.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA (“JPMorgan”) and Chase Auto Finance Corp. (“Chase Auto Finance”) (collectively “Defendants”) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (styled Heidi Eichner v. JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA and Chase Auto Finance Corp., Civil Action Case No. 2:11-cv-00003-WEC) alleging, among other things, that Defendants made non-emergency calls without prior express consent to cellular telephones using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice regarding car loans of others, purportedly in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq. (“TCPA”), according to the Chase Auto Finance & JP Morgan TCPA class action lawsuit complaint.

The Chase Auto Finance & JP Morgan TCPA class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought on behalf of a putative class of all persons, unless otherwise excluded, in the United States who, on or after January 4, 2007 until the final disposition of the case (the “Class Period”) received a non-emergency call from Chase Auto Finance to a cellular telephone through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice and who did not provide prior express consent for such calls during the transaction that resulted in the debt owed.

    I really need to join this suit. They called me 3 0r 4 times a day. One night it was 9:30 They called my husband who I had a PFA against and he was not suppose to have any information or contact with me. They called my work once and I ask them to stop and they called again anyway.

    First of all I am a disabled vet, and am disabled for social security.
    I missed I (one) payment 25 months ago and have been hounded ever since 1 or 2 time a day every day for these 25 months even on sundays .
    Some times waking me up at all hours of the morning, until late at night.
    I difinately want to pertisipate in this class action lawsuit., not only for the calls but for harrisment and ruiening my credit say i missed a payment every month which I didn’t (just the one 25 months ago)
    My credit says I missed a payment or late every month which is not the case at all.
    My credit needs to be corrected.
    Personnally I think they should be put out of business.
    I sent them extra money to try to pay for the missed payment, now they can tell me where the money went and besides this they sent me a $23.11 late payment every month.
    This is a company that boldly shows how big business cares nothing for the poor and disabled, they are just money hungry.
    This is really sad and they should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. (in my opinion) My Nunber Is 828-467-0099

    I purchase a car from them in 08 didn’see what all they charge me because i didn’t have my reading glasses with me. If i had of known i was sighning to pay back 17.000 when the car costed 10.000 plus i traded in a99 ford contour. i couln’t figure out why i wasn’t done with this car. When i pulled up the contract i was so mad. i paid . dealer customer service was almost$ 600.00 never heard tell of that. And sort of insurance i didnot want. Also they charge me 12% interest fee. i want to find out what my score was. These people are no good.678-4762001

    How do I get a claim form? No matter what web site I go on there is nothing about getting a form. I was a co-signer on a loan & the signer defaulted I repeatedly told Chase I was not going to pay the loan & my credit score took a hit
