Atlanta Coast Media Group LLC and Hydroxatone, LLC) alleging, among other things, that Defendants sell a line of skin care products, such as Hydrolyze Premium Beauty Program, that they offer as a free trial where customers will only have to pay for shipping and handling in order to receive this free trial, but instead of sending the customers a free trial, Defendants allegedly send customers a three-month supply of products, then bill the customer’s credit card for the entire three-month supply, according to the Atlanta Coast Media & Hydroxatone skin care product free trial offer class action lawsuit complaint.

a. Participated in a free trial of any product from the Defendants, for payment of only shipping and handling;

My husband and I both had the same problem with this company. He tried to do the free trial of hydrolize(sp?) and I got the hydroxatone. I wasn’t aware by the commercial that it was the same company that deceived us previously. I would love to join this class action lawsuit. Please advise how to do this.
I was sent this product and my bank account debited without filling out anything. I just googled neck wrinkles and three days later got the product in the mail. It appears to have the same shipping and customer info as my Amazon.com account, and they are an Amazon.com vendor. I have completed forms for investigations from the US Post Master General, and they Attorney General of California. I will complete a form for the Attorney General of New Jersey. I am very interesting in prosecuting this firm.
This happen to me as well & charge my card additional money without my consent. Can someone help me to file suit. This is wrong to charge people account or credit/ debit card. Without there knowledge. If we as people don’t stand up to these companies it’s going to be a ongoing issue.

I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE OFFER MADE ON TV AND WHEN I TRIED CALLED TO SAY I DID NOT SEE ANY RESULTS WITH THIS PRODUCT AND TOLD TO SEND REMAINDER BACK. BUT THEY KEPT SENDING IT TO ME CREDIT MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH AT ONE POINT IT BECAME OVERDRAWN AND IT COST ME $35.00 FOR THAT.. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE OVERDRAWN AND THEY SAID TO SEND BACK TO NEW ORDER UNOPEN. AN INCONVIENCE TO ME, SINCE I HAD A MILD STROKE. ANYWAY I WOULD LIKE TO BE PART OF THE LAW SUIT.

Basically, the same thing happened to me and what an inconvience to have them take that out of my account and then have to Call then and fight to get the amount credited back to my account. Not to mention then you have to wait for the funds to go back into my account & they get Mad & tell you to send all unused product back immediately. So basically you don’t get to even use the supposedly Free Sample in order to get your refund. I’m in Washington State.
Asked for samples and soon after they sent one hundred something dollar bill. I returned everything and fought like hell for credit on my card. Need to fill out form to join class/action. After receiving a sample of Hydroxatone, I was billed for a new shipment I didn’t request and tried to return it but was told the deadline was too late. I didn’t know there was something I could do about it but got a legal notice in the mail telling me to go to this site regarding my purchase of Hydroxatone. I live in South Dakota. I would be interested in getting something back again.
I had the same problem I got it for shipping and handlen then they said I had to pay the full price I said no I will send it back pretty sorry.

I would like to be a part of the class action againest this company. They take your information when you ask for a free sample. I was sent several shipments that I did not request. When I contacted the company-they seemed to listen , but again was charged for shipments that I did not want.
The company didnt do anything for messing up my checking account, that was my problem.
