Ruth’s Chris Steak House Employees Win Reversal On Appeal Of The Dismissal Of Class Action RICO Lawsuit Against Ruth’s Chris Steak House Over Alleged Hiring Of Illegal Workers

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia  has reversed dismissal of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse workers’ RICO class action claim, holding that the Ruth’s Chris Steak House class action complaint adequately pled or alleged that the defendants encouraged or induced an alien to reside in the United States in violation of federal immigration law, according to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal’s decision in Edwards et al v. Ruth’s Chris Steak House, No. 09-11699 (April 9, 2010).
