A class action lawsuit against Penthouse Club (“Penthouse Club” or “Defendant”) pending in federal court in New York alleging, among other things, that the Penthouse Club strip club at 603 W. 45th St. cheated Penthouse Club adult dancers out of tips, wages and overtime pay and made the dancers buy their own costumes, has been certified as a class action lawsuit by federal district Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald, according to a class action lawsuit news report.
