TLC LASIK Center Patients File Class Action Lawsuit Against TLC LASIK Center Over Pre-Surgery Screening
A class action lawsuit has been filed against TLC LASIK Center, a national chain of laser eye surgery centers, in federal court in Greenville, South Carolina accusing the LASIK laser eye clinics of performing surgeries on patients with pre-existing conditions (such as keratoconus, a thinning and curvature of the cornea) that allegedly should have excluded them as laser eye surgery candidates, according to a class action lawsuit news report.

How can I add my name to the lawsuit for failure to guarantee their work as contracted.
BOA talked us into agreeing to the Forebearance and now we got a letter saying they want 11,000 by May 27,2010. Please give us some direction.

I own a brother all in one mfc-240c printer. We don’t use the printer as much besides stuff like projects and school related work. We rarely used color and the machine always cleans before we can print,scan or fax which is wasting the ink and is wasting our money. We can’t even scan or fax unless the thing has ink and does its cleaning which is very annoying. It is now down to the point where we have little money and we can not use our printer unless we buy more ink. We can’t get our paper work done unless we go to a copy store which they as well charge a lot of money to use their computers and printers and this is just outrageous. If this ting hapens tell us where to sign up cause it is bothersome to waste all of this money on ink tht will mainly be used for the printer’s “cleaning”
