China Natural Gas CHNG Stock Purchasers File Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Against China Natural Gas Over Alleged Misrepresentations Regarding Bank Loan.

A securities fraud class action lawsuit has been filed against China Natural Gas, Inc. (“China Natural Gas” or “CHNG”) and certain China Natural Gas officers and/or directors (collectively “Defendants”) in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of a class consisting of all purchasers of China Natural Gas common stock (symbol: CHNG) during the period between March 10, 2010 and August 19, 2010, inclusive (the “Class Period”), alleging that China Natural Gas, a provider of pipeline natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential use and compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicular fuel in Xi’an, China, and certain of its officers and/or directors violated U.S. federal securities fraud laws by issuing false and misleading annual and quarterly reports and failing to disclose and properly account for a $17.7 million loan China Natural Gas had entered on February 26, 2010 (“Bank Loan”) that violated an Indenture for senior notes and warrants of the Company, placing China Natural Gas in default under the Indenture, purportedly in violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, according to class action lawsuit news reports.

    Hello,
    Please I need help, I have one problem with one company, Hongkongo verfied international tradeing co., Ltd, via Ecplaza, but Ecplaza not help, I pay 1.360 dolar to that company but I not get my order.
    Please help me for that fraud.
    I have every evidence.
