The LexisNexis Accurint Consumer Report Copy & Dispute settlement class reportedly includes, unless otherwise excluded, all persons who reside in the U.S. (and its territories and Puerto Rico) who had requested a copy of a LexisNexis Accurint report that contained information about themselves or had initiated or submitted an inquiry or dispute regarding an Accurint Report to LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group, Inc, n/k/a LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc., Seisint, Inc., n/k/a LexisNexis Risk Data Management, Inc., and Reed Elsevier Inc. or their predecessors or affiliates, at any time from October 1, 2006 through April 19, 2013.

The LexisNexis Accurint Consumer Report Copy & Dispute Class Action Lawsuit Settlement will reportedly create of a settlement fund of $13.5 million to make settlement payments to class members (estimated to be about $300 per class member), pay attorneys fees and expenses, and incentive awards to the class representatives.

    I was charged in several at fault accident’s that’s wasn’t me and still presently been charged causing really upsetting insurance quotes, I was arrested, hospital bills been charged against me, insurance policy in my name !!! I contacted this company and department of insurance to take care of these things some was resolved but not all it’s continuously on going
