Olympic Athletic Club Lifetime Membership Owners File Class Action Lawsuit Against Olympic Racquet and Health Club and Sewanee.
A class action lawsuit has reportedly been filed against Olympic Racquet and Health Club, Inc., Sewanee Inc. and others (collectively “Defendants”) in the Superior Court for the State of Washington in and for King County (styled John Ruebel, Tobi Goldman, and Kevin Van Ness v. Olympic Racquet and Health Club, Inc., Sewanee Inc., et al., Class Action Case No. 2:2011-cv-06976) alleging, among other things, that defendants are refusing to honor lifetime memberships in Olympic Athletic Club, according to the Olympic Racquet and Health Club & Olympic Athletic Club Lifetime Membership class action lawsuit complaint.
The Olympic Racquet and Health Club & Olympic Athletic Club Lifetime Membership class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought on behalf of the following proposed class:
All persons who own lifetime memberships with Olympic Athletic Club in Seattle, Washington or who owned such memberships as of November 15, 2011.
