Fucking scam artists! Companies like this should be sued! I am filing a complaint with the BB and their corporation. Maybe I can get in on the lawsuit?

I would of never thought miller would scam us but just recently I received a card from them denying my rebate saying I sent in a invalid purchase date but yet didn’t return my receipt to show me and now I have no way to contact them on this.

I never received a thing either, not even a post card. Guess your right Cathy. Ive been cheated and will have to buy from someone else from now on.

If not getting six dollars back is going to make you bankrupt, why are you buying beer in the first place? They don’t HAVE to offer rebates nor do they HAVE to give you money if you don’t meet all the conditions of the rebate. If you can’t read them, get a magnifying glass. If it’s annoying to try and meet them, don’t bother.

same company using blue moon and leinkugels beer $5 rebate for purchase of 2 x 6 packs running from 10/31/10 -1/1/11. i sent everything in per instructions and received non-compliance email. i have copies of all materials sent. no response to email . crooks is what i call miller coor, especially when you do the multiplication of all the rebates dishonestly refused– stick to these thieves.

I submitted a rebate recently and got a card back saying that “additional purchases are necessary for rebate,” however, I made sure that I sent it my receipts. My rebate was spend $100 in groceries and get $15 back. I live in Ut, so I don’t need to buy beer to get the rebate. The form says to respond by March 20th (yesterday), and is dated March 11th, but I didn’t get the card in until Saturday (March 19th) The 20th was a Sunday. How am I supposed to respond if they are closed?? Frustrating!

Apparently Miller hasn’t changed even after the suit was filed. I just got my rebate envelope returned ‘Undeliverable’. All the information was correct, it had sufficient postage, but the rebate was denied for some reason.

Then I go to the Miller Web site to send them a complaint. I fill out all the form fields, type in my complaint, click ‘enter’ and it gives me an error message telling me to ‘Try Again Later.’ You can’t even COMPLAIN to Miller!

It’s obvious that this is a company that simply doesn’t care. So from now on, I will vote with my dollars and avoid Miller-Coors brands.

Got the same thing: “Additional purchases necessary for rebate please see form for details” I had copies, so double checked, we had it right. Sent a copy of reciept and form back, recieved again the same postcard.
A real SCAM, probably won’t purchase Miller/Coors again.

I purchesed a case of Miller Lite beer in Ohio, it had the $4.00 rebate on it. That was one reason I bought Miller Lite. When I tore the rabate slipe off and read the conditions of the rebate I saw that one of them was that I had to live in Ohio, we live on the line in Ind., so I called the rebate co. and they told me that I did not qualify. Since the conditions were printed on the back of the remate, I feel that it is false addvertisment.

I bought a case and submitted the form for the $4 rebate as well. They denied because ‘the purchase date could not be identified on the receipt supplied.’ Which is crap because the receipt was completely legible. Based on the email address the denial came from (WEBADMIN@tristarfulfillment.com)it looks like a 3rd party company handles it. I have contacted MillerCoors via their website and am awaiting their response.

March, 28, 2013. This Miller Coors scam for the rebate is still going.

I received a postcard saying they could not verify the purchase date on the reciept. Maybe if they would hire people that could read and speak English it would be more helpful. I purchased the Killians’s Black Stout that came out around St. Patricks day. I liked it but I won’t be buying any more Coors products. If I want a nice light beer I’ll buy Yuengling.

Sent everything in Dec 2012 for a $20. rebate offer. I double checked everything prior to mailing to be certain that all conditions were complied with. A month later I received a postcard saying I had not included the product bar code and giving me 30 days to submit it. Of course the original carton had been discarded 20 days earlier. I then wrote again indicating it had been submitted and pointing out the bar code was also on the sales slip which I had submitted with the purchase circled. Several weeks later I received an email indicating they were processing the rebate and I could expect a check in 6-8 weeks from the time they started processing on Jan 28, 2013. It is now April 20
(11 weeks later) and still no check or further correspondence.

It appears to me that there is an intentional effort to continue to avoid payment until the applicant finally gives up. According to online complaints this is the manner in which they choose to do business.

I had the same experience trying to get a rebate. In March,2013, Millers offered a $10.00 rebate for the purchase of 2-12 pack bottles 0f Millers Life, along with an additional $20.00 grocery purchase. I got two reciepts from the cashier. One was to be sent to Miller. I followed all the instructions, including sending the original reciept, bar codes and rebate form. Several weeks later, I received a post card from Miller stating additional proof of purchase were necessary to receive my rebate. I sent another original receipt along with the postcard before the April 20, 2013 deadline. On May 13, 2013, I received another post card from Millers stating (1) additional purchases are necessary ( sent ninety dollars!) and (2) the eligibility timeframe for this offer has closed and we will not be able to process your response at this time. wth! THIS IS A SCAM IF EVER THERE WAS ONE!!!!! My mistake was not making copies of everything I sent them. It won’t happen again!!! I am filing a complaint with the Michigan BBB. How do I get in on the class action lawsuit?????

  • Benjamin Allen August 1, 2013, 1:01 pm

Sounds like I had a similar experience as others. I completed a rebate through MillerCoors to get $5 back when you purchase 2 or more 6-packs of Blue Moon. Their non-descript postcard read: “Additional purchases are necessary for rebate, please see form for details. The eligibility timeframe for this offer has closed and we will not be able to process your response at this time.” I double- and triple-checked the fine print on the rebate form before mailing it so I know that I did everything as prescribed, but I trusted the system too much and didn’t make photocopies for myself. Can’t refer back to the form or give proof of my submission. Sounds like a scam to me, that MillerCoors had no intention of ever delivering on their promise. It’s only $5 but it sucks, and I know for certain that I will never be purchasing one of their products again!

Funny reading this. I just received a denial from coors light on a rebate. It stated that i lived in an invalid state. I purchased their beer and receieved the rebate form from the same grocery store in that same ” invalid state”. I guess ill take the hit from coors or their distributer dropping the ball somewhere along the line. Back to drinking micro brews for me.

  • Ian March 5, 2021, 2:12 pm

I have mailed in rebate forms and gone online and got nothing.
    Screw em all.

  • Jodi C. August 7, 2023, 11:27 am

Wouldn’t accept any of our rebates.. we had all the receipts and the reason for denial from them was “NO PRODUCT” we Clearly purchased their product which warranted the rebates!!!! Cheated US!!!! Didn’t get a dime back!!!
