This is beyond ridiculous. There are a million and one products on the market that are labeled as this one is, with an asterisk stating that “statements have not been evaluated by the FDA”. If this case goes anywhere, it sets a precedence for an untold number of companies to be sued. Is the idiot who filed this lawsuit aware that the requirement of a company conducting clinical trials on their products costs over well over $100 million dollars? Is she trying to put thousands of companies out of business by setting such a ridiculous precedence? I’m assuming the petitioner must really have no life, and nothing better to do with her time than join the countless other frivolous lawsuits out there, wanting something for nothing.

His products are genuine and allow the body to heal it self.
I guess you have never drank them, because if you did, you can immediately notice the difference. That is if you arent really toxified and a brainwashed moron sheeple.

It so sad there are people so bitter, so jaded, so unhuman, they would sue someone who is trying to spread love and health.

If they had a brain, they would sue the FDA for allowing Aspartame to be allowed in supposedly “diet” Drinks, when its proven in all clinical trials to destroy brain cells, Hey maybee the person who filed the lawsuit was sippin on some Diet coke when they filed the lawsuit..

We really need to take a stand against foolish lawsuits like this. Absolute waste of time and money. Where is our integrity?

*These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

This statement, directly off the bottle, takes up about the same amount of print as all of the claims of Kombucha benefits. Suckers should read the whole bottle before they waste time and money in court. I love Kombucha for how it makes me feel when I drink it. Don’t try to sink a company that I love over some bureaucratic labeling nonsense.

    Garbage… complete garbage.

I love GTSKombucha, I used to be able to get it at the A&P and Shoprite, now I noticed, most likely from this frivolous lawsuit they took it off the shelves, anyone know where I can buy this online. This is a wonderful beverage and as stated by many, made me feel wonderful.

I feel that this product is Superb. I feel great when I drink it, I actually feel less hungry and more balanced. I have no idea why this person is so upset about this drink. She needs a wake up call!

Someone told me they drink this product and it did them tons of good. New zeal and extra energy they said. So I purchased myself a case of this stuff. Well viola! What do you know, all I really purchased was fermented yeast that tasted like beer. So I got to doing some research on the product and realize there was a hefty amount of alcohol in these drinks. No wonder people thought it was doing them good. What this product was really doing was getting them high and the manufacturer do not tell the truth about the alcohol content. So if you do not use alcohol or strong drinks, beware and stay away from this bogus product.

A hefty amount of alcohol?? Nonsense. There is less than 0.5% alcohol. That’s the same amount of alcohol as one would find in about an OUNCE of beer.

Lawyers and consumers that are behind class action lawsuits against consumer goods company should be put in jail for trying to steal money from companies like these. Class action lawsuits make me sick! Why don’t you greedy trial lawyers and sleazy consumers wanting to sue for being stupid, all go to hell.

This is getting out of hand! Lawyers and their money hungry baseless lawsuits make me so mad! I love Synergy drinks and they make me feel great.
