The Choice Manufacturing Company, Inc. and MEPCO Finance Corporation) Class Action Case No. CV 11 5478, alleging, among other things, that Defendants misled consumers by purporting to sell them extended vehicle service warranties that cover repair or replacement costs to covered vehicles, but allegedly refused to pay for the repair or replacement of vehicle parts or other services even though they are allegedly covered under the contract, according to the MEPCO Finance & The Choice Manufacturing Vehicle Service Contract & Engine Additive Product class action lawsuit complaint.

The MEPCO Finance & The Choice Manufacturing Vehicle Service Contract & Engine Additive Product service class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought on behalf of a putative class consisting of the following persons, unless otherwise excluded:

All persons who while residents in the state of California entered into agreements designated as vehicle service contracts and/or engine additive products manufactured and administered by defendant The Choice Manufacturing Company, where defendant MEPCO Finance Corporation was the servicing / financing agent for the period beginning February 4, 2009 through the final disposition of this and all related actions (the “Class Period”).

    I never received any benefits from Mepco even though I paid $1500.
