Anything in a package is not ALL natural or it would not last more than a few days. Read the ingredients if you are concerned! The tiny amount of preservatives will not harm you. This lawsuit is an example of why everything is sooooo expensive. I appreciate the lookout but not the lawsuits.

You shouldn’t eat mass quantities of anything! The preservatives are in everything that is packaged or it wouldn’t last more than a few days. Eat everything in moderation and you will be fine (unless you have allergies). These law suits have to stop or we will price ourselves out of the grocery stores!!! Only the vegetable stands have all natural products which are not in packages.

I started looking into this after reading an article about the true contents of Kashi products. They listed the questionable ingredients and the health problems they can cause. I’m going to keep a close eye on what’s going on with this. I have no family history of neurological problems, yet, I have permanent nerve damage in my left hand, no trauma involved……one ingredient can cause neuropathy and another is a neurotoxin. Makes me wonder….years of eating this crap thinking it was so much better than my other choices.
