Dish Network Inside Sales Associates File Overtime Pay Class Action Lawsuit Against Dish Network.
An employee overtime pay class action lawsuit complaint has been reportedly filed against Dish Network, LLC (“Dish Network” or “Defendant”) in the United States District Court District of New Jersey (styled Elizabeth Frisari v. Dish Network, LLC )) alleging, among other things, that Dish Network failed to pay Plaintiff and other similarly situated Dish network inside sales associates employees for all time worked, including unpaid overtime hours, purportedly in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201, et seq., and the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law (“NJWHL”), N.J.S.A. §§ 34:11-56(a), et seq., according to the Dish Network overtime pay class action lawsuit complaint.
With respect to Plaintiff’s state law claim against Dish Network, Plaintiff seeks to represent a Class that is comprised of and defined as:
All persons who have been employed in New Jersey by Defendant as inside sales associates from September 2010 to the conclusion of the action, and who have not been paid overtime wages for all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week (the “NJWHL Class”).
With respect to Plaintiff’s federal law FLSA claim against Dish Network, Plaintiff seeks to represent a collective Class that is comprised of and defined as:
All persons who have been employed in New Jersey by Defendant as inside sales associates from September 2009 to the conclusion of the action, and who have not been paid overtime wages for all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week (the “FLSA Class”).

What about Dish saying the incomeing calls are random and they are clearly minipulated?
I want to join the class action lawsuit. They rip off employees
oops. Miss spelled manipulated. Also should also check to see it the company is complying with EEOC regulation. I highly doubt. I don’t think I even need to go back to my old college text books but I see a pattern and they show any effort.
