CitiMortgage Mortgage Loan Modification Class Action Lawsuit Complaint Filed

Homeowners File Class Action Lawsuit Against CitiMortgage For Allegedly Failing To Modify Troubled Mortgages.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against CitiMortgage, Inc. (hereafter “CitiMortgage” or “Citi Mortgage” or Defendant), a member of Citigroup Inc., in the United States District Court for the Central District of California (styled Beverly King and Nancy Glennon v. CitiMortgage, Inc., Civil Action Case No. CV 10-3792 MMM PLAx) alleging, among other things, that CitiMortgage represented that it would help homeowners by putting them in a trial mortgage modification program, based on CitiMortgage’s participation in the U.S. Treasury Department’s Home Affordable Modification Program (“HAMP”) or another CitiMortgage loan modification program, that would become permanent if they made reduced payments during a three-month trial period and complied with requests for various documentation, but then allegedly denied homeowners permanent modification plans even where borrowers purportedly timely provided all the necessary documentation requested by CitiMortgage and timely made modified mortgage payments during the trial mortgage modification period, according to class action lawsuit news reports.

The CitiMortgage mortgage modification class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought on behalf of the following class of persons:

All persons in the United States whose loans have been serviced by
CitiMortgage and who, since April 13, 2009 through the final
disposition of this and all related actions, have complied with their
obligation under a trial loan modification program and have not
received a permanent modification pursuant to the loan modification
agreement and harmed thereby.

I am in the same situation as others. After being on the trail modification for three months which only reduced my current mortgage payment by 86.00 per month I was told that my modification was denied and I owed over 2000 in fees. I coul;d not understand how I could owe late fees when my payment was taken directly out of my account each month. After 11 months of trying to get the modification I have been denied about 4 times and now I am told that I owe over 4000 in charges. I have to come up with several thousand dollars in order to keep my home. This is so unfair because when you went into the modification there was no mention of being charged late fees or anything of the sort if the modification did not go through. They would not talk to my attorney or answer his calls, so you see by this there has to be some crooked business with this company. I am for the class action suite because these companies need to be stopped.

I also am having problems with citimortgage.,Just like the claims in the class action Lawsuit.Since June of 2009 when I applied for Hardship relief. I even asked the citimorgage rep. at the beginning of the application that if I paid the modified trial amount and wasnt approved would I be given a huge bill for the difference in paying the modified amount and my regular mortgage Payment amount? She responded almost witha laugh no!!!!!!so I went that route. After sending the same documents requested over and over and over again finally in February of 2010 ,after calling wanting to know why I again got another request for my tax records was told I wasnt approved for the hardship modification a month earilier!!!! I never received any notice to that fact! So I went back to making my original mortgage payment amount as I was led to believe was the end of that dealing. Then came a letter demanding $11,000+ in past due amount! I was never late or behind on my payments untill I had aPplied for this program that was suppose to help people not set them up to fail,(is this Obamas idea of helping homeowners?).Now I am facing foreclosure 2 days before christmas ,but I havent given up!

We are in the same situation. CitiM sucks! Rob people blind! We just got served forcloser papers on our home, due to this damn modification program. CitiM says we have 22k in late fees, really? How? We always have to talk to a different representative, then they dont know what is going on! UGH!
Come to find out CitiM don’t even have our mortgage anymore as of Novemeber 2010. WTH??? CitiM should have to repay for their mistakes! SO many people have lost their homes due to this modification! Did anyone even get qualified for this?

My father is going thru the same deal, He has just been put on unemployment after working his whole life never been on it.(40years working) so he went thru citi mortgage to get his payments reduced. And its gotten to the point to were my dad doesnt know what to do. My dad just payed them 5,000$ for a “late fee” that he was never late on to keep our house off the market. Now they say we owe more money!!! my dads credit score went from perfect to shit in a matter of months all because they fucked up on how much he owed saying” oh, you still owe $36.59″ my dads credit was fucked over because he owed them less than 40 dollars for 8 months, and they failed to inform him about it. He had to find out after going to get a loan from another bank and they told him his credit wasnt good enough. You can imagine how shocked and embarrassed my father was in the bank thinking his credit was still perfect. My dad is literally on the brink of a complete meltdown and without help soon i can see his life span greatly shortning. I myself am only 20 and would love to have my dad there when i get married and not see him die because citi mortgage is dickin him around into an early grave. Please if there is anything you can do contact me.

Is a way to join in on this class action suite with Citi Bank. I have been trying to get a modification on my home for over a year and now they are saying i owe 20k This is a fraud, I complained and they have asked for more info. However I believe all they are doing is putting consumers in more debt, and purposely making you pay a lower amount in order to get paid and then build debt for the consumer. They are lying. Help

In 4th qt. of 08 my wife found out she was being laid off from her job in the 1st qt. of 09. At that time we called CitiM. They couldnt help us because we weren’t behind in payments. Jan. 09 I lost my job and had to find one at half my past income. Again we tried to get help to no avail, CiteM would not talk with us, we even asked to refinices to get lower intesert rate. Finally in 3rd qt. 09 after months of calls and talking to 100+ people at CiteM we were put in the Modifcation program and began making our adjusted payments only to be denied in the end. At this point we still hadn’t missed a single payment. During this time we started to get calls from the collection deptment at CitiM. Then we started getting forclosure notices and we had never miss a payment. So we paid all the money back that was reduce for this time period. And still they were going to forclose and we have records that we were current and up to date on our loan. Come to find out they had put our payment in a fund and they never got released to our loan. In the 4th qrt of 09 we called HUD for assistance. They contacted CitiM and the put us back into the motification program. We told them we didn’t want to do that because of what had happened before. They still modified our payments and held them in the applied funds instead of applying them to our loan. They gave us a 60 day late and again in Feb. 10 a 30 day late on our credit report. This ruined our credit and then we couldn’t get a refinance, they even turned us down because of our credit and they were the ones that caused the problem.
This has been very stressfull and caused problems between my wife and me.
Not to mention that it has cost us $$ per day because we could not get a refinance at a lower interst rate with anyone due to the record of late payments.
I feel that CiteM owes us for pain and sufferings and the money we have lost for not bening able to refinice for the past 1-1/2 yrs.

We were all SCAMMED and they are still doing it and getting away with it.! I too was enticed into being 90 days late to get into program, made payments for 11 mos while sending package after package after package. It was so infuriating having to deal with cusomer service and all the phone calls repeating the same story over and over and over and over. Went to make my Dec payment as I had done 10 mos in a row and they would not accept it as they had SOLD my home two weeks earlier!!!!. Never told I did not qualify till 45 days after they sold our home when I got a letter to contact them for another workout solution. What a mess! we feel so helpless and homeless. Over three lousy payments of 625.00 and we had about 150K in equity even in this market! SCAMMED SCAMMED SCAMMED.

Citimortgage did a modification without the approval or signature of both owners. The first party submitted falsified divorce papers stating that there had been a divorce and that the first party could not reach the other party. The divorce papers DID NOT have signatures, case date, or seal. The second party found out about the modification 3 months after the fact and was told they didn’t need a signature from the second party even though the modification was done under “AND.” The modificaiton was done without the wages of the second party. After repeated attempts have been made to point out this. Going to the local authorities have not help. Citi has quit taking the phone calls. Recent action has been a letter to the senator. No answer yet, but need to give it a week.

Side note the seperation agreement was approved 3 months after the modification and the actual divorce did not happen until 13 months after the modification was completed.

We are no longer the “legal owners” of our home thanks to CitiMortgage, Litton, American Home Mortgage, Quality Loan Trustee Service and Resi Whole Loan. Not exactly sure what our next move is but I’m not really the quitting type. Everybody be SURE TO KEEP ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS OF ALL DEALINGS YOU HAVE WITH THESE MORTGAGE COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST A LARGE CONGLOMERATE STEALING FROM THE PEOPLE AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY WON’T DO TO ACCOMPLISH THAT.

My husband and I have experienced the same situation as some that have posted above. Not sure what we are going to do but fight them.
We don’t make alot of money. Enough to survive on and I will be damned if this big CORP is going to steal it from us.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the input.

I had the same problem with CitiMortgage.

  • Angie October 22, 2011, 5:50 am

I have been thru all of this with Citimortgage! My husband an I of 25yrs are now getting a divorce because of all the problems this has caused in our lifes. Our home was foreclosed on in Aug 2011. Our home had a tax value of 403,000 our loan balance was only 195,ooo. Citimortgage is making a killing by foreclosing on people an then resaleing the property. Something has to be done!!!

  • Tung Nguyen October 28, 2011, 12:22 pm

I had a same problem with Citi Mortgage. That was a miserable experience that I had in my life. My loan was denied and I have to
pay $650 late payment. I spent tons of hours to call and talk to them.
Now Citi Mortgage sold my loan to PennyMac after my loan was denied after I had my trial period and went to prepayment plan. I had bad credit score during loan modification and all my creditors reduced my spending ability. I wish I would not done the loan modification with Citi. I could not waited until the judment day for Citi Mortgage.

  • bob October 29, 2011, 12:18 pm

I am very curious regarding what is happening. Citimortgage contacted me in March regarding a new loan with them. I already had a mortgage with them and they were giving me a chance to save money. I agreed and the new loan is saving me $230.00 per month. Two months later I receiced a letter from Freddie Mac stating they now own my loan. All is going well as far as I can tell.

I’m in the same shape as everyone, who is helping us or listening to us. Just served they were selling Feb. 24th after promising me i was qualified for the assistance program but kept getting the story fax this, fax that, them sent me the letter stating it had a foreclosure date HELP HELP

  • Christi Haught February 16, 2012, 9:36 pm

I too was given bad advice from Citimortgage beginning in 2008, and finally lost my house to foreclosure. The new buyers bought it for less than I offered to pay for it. The fees were overwhelming and all by the advise of their own representatives telling me to wait on the modification programs. Fannie Mae saying I qualified, then Citimtg saying I was denied. Whats funny is their only reason for denial was that my BPO was higher than my mortgage balance. Funny, the BPO was done each time by the agent who go the listing once it foreclosed. And she listed it for LESS than my offer and at the price that would have made my modification approved! I have a whole file of call notes and names…

My home was just sold cause of citi mortgage. We went through everything everyone is talking about and to top it off, citi mortgage made a mistake sending 2 checks to the insurance co., 1 of the checks was sent back to us., so they RAISED my payments. Then kept trying to charge us late fees all the time. Need help!! I don’t want to move back into old home (CRY) (mice and stuff and the home has no utilities in it) I WANT JUSTICE!!!

The last post on here was November 2012 and I can certainly assure you that Citi is still providing harmful modification advice. We went through the same process as everyone stated, at the start of the modification we were only three payments behind. They said this would catch it up and lower the payment, while I was out of work from becoming ill(laid off after). This process has been going on for 8 months and after finally being approved for modification our home was SOLD 10 minutes later !We are sick with heartache and homeless. Please help. I can not understand how people can be this way. Where is the help and compassion for what we are going through?

CITI told my husband and I we had to get 4 months behind on or mortgage before they could help us and we were current with are house payment when speaking to them so we did what we were told and filled home loan modification forms. They gave us every excuse in the book we had a hardship that reduced our payment in half for 4 months they were going to do that again but changed their mind after that I received prank phone calls from them and calls where they flat our lied to me when their attorney was out of the country and I received a phone from them that was just a heavy breather all these calls were recorded as per OH State Law I was beyond angry I was also disgusted by what they did. We lost our home because of their lies

  • Evan May 16, 2013, 2:11 pm

I started the modification process with CitiM 5 months ago when I got laid off. I’ve been sending them bank statements, tax returns, Dodd/Frank forms, etc, etc, etc. As of the beginning of april they said they had everything they needed. I received weekly messages saying they had all required documents.
Then they called & mailed me to say my application was canceled because I didn’t send the documents they requested 30 days ago. They never asked me for the docs, they repeatedly informed me they didn’t need any more docs.
Now they want me to start all over because they made a ‘mistake’.

    • paula June 17, 2013, 6:40 pm

Evan, We have been going thru the same thing since Nov 26, 2012. From Nov to Feb 2013 we were receiving weekly emails advising that our file was pending with an under writer for review. Come March 1, I was advised that they needed addt’l info and that my file had NOT gone to under writting but was still sitting on the first “specialist” desk. I was advised my a manager that my modification should have been reviewed & a decision reached by then. My file was then “escalated” to an “escalation specialist”. I just received notification first part of June that Citi had reduced my principle by $9k ~~ wow, I only owe $307,000.00 more & my payments went from $1901.00 to $2200.00 ~ really, what a modification… we are now working to get approved for the “Unemployment Program” and of course they want more paperwork. Hopefully you have better luck than we are… Something needs to be done about Citi!

    • Nora November 12, 2014, 4:23 pm

You didn’t make a mistake. I began the program in February of 2010. They stalled and stalled – lowered my payments by $118. It took three years for them to say that I didn’t qualify. They sold my mortagage and was socked with about $12,000. by the new company who said that I had not paid my mortgage for a year. I had bank statements, etc. so I wasn’t too worried. Then the mortgage was sold again, and now I owe $15,000. because I didn’t pay my mortgage – which was not true. My lawyer figured out that they had been putting all my payments into the principal and interest but nothing into escrow or hazard insurance. Guess Citi was paying those bills because I never saw my name in the paper for not paying property taxes. The new company has share holders who expect to get a profit out of the “supposed” loans in foreclosure. Hopefully, they advertised to other lenders in writing so that they can be caught with their pants down. First, what they did was unethical, but now what they have done could be considered illegal because I was never informed that they were putting the money into principal and interest and paying my taxes out of their pocket. Big business does not know how to operate. I should have been notified in less than a month that I did not qualify. Teachers now how to get things done quickly. As I teacher, I have had to work in groups grading pretests to help kids pass. You put the papers into four piles 0 – 4. All Citi had to do was give people calculators and sit around a conference table and establish guidelines for grading HAMP loans. It would have taken less than a day. Then a closer could have looked at the rejects – me – and written or called to explain that I didn’t meet the qualifications because …… I would have gone back to my regular payments. They are getting our money from the government as an incentive to offer these modifications. I think all they do is create busy work and then bill the mortgage holder.

IN CASE NO ONE ELSE KNOWS – WE’RE ON THE RECEIVING END OF THIS PROBLEM FROM CITIMORTGAGE
Back in 2009, we fell into some hardship with me losing my second job due to the bad economy and our family’s increasing debt, my wife and I tried to get some assistance from Citimortgage with their ‘government assistants plan’ by lowering our monthly mortgage payments. The representative from CM informed us that we pre-qualified for their program based on the information we supplied them regarding our financial hardship. She asked us to fax over our monthly expenses, including credit cards, car payments, child care, school funds, etc. and again was told we ‘pre-qaulified’ base on the information. She adjusted our monthly payment from $1906.42 per month to $1406.42 per month and said there shouldn’t be any problems considering the income percentage going out vs. the percentage coming in is showing in our favor.

After exchanging phone calls, emails and faxes for what seemed like an eternity because the representatives from CM always stated that they needed more information, more paperwork, more letters from our current employers, etc. to proceed with the adjustment and all the while still reassuring us that the process is moving along nicely and we should hear some news soon. Well, just a few weeks ago, we receive a certified letter from CM to say that we were defaulting on our mortgage due to us being late on our mortgage payments for 10 months. We couldn’t believe what we were reading!!! I immediately called CM and they routed us to a collection agency that wanted to set up a repayment plan for us due to our late payments or else we were going to lose our home. We were confused and somewhat taken back by
the information so we asked the representative to explain to us how we got to this point. He stated that we did not qualify for the mortgage adjustment and that now we have to repay the $10,000 of late fees on the monthly payment that we had during the ‘adjustment period’. I told him I didn’t understand how we didn’t qualify when my financial
situation hasn’t changed from the previous claims that I made prior to asking for the adjustment. I did get a second job 2 months prior but it was at a fraction of my other second job that I lost earlier in the year. He explained in ‘bank terms’ which I didn’t clearly understand and by the sound of his voice, he didn’t understand much about it either because he was just reading off the computer screen at that time.

My main concern wasn’t to try to understand this anymore, but more or less ‘try to save our house’ so we had a forbearance agreement with them. We would pay $4,068.00 for the down payment (we had to borrow from relatives) and our monthly payment would increase by $700 per month from $1905.42 per month to $2609.00 per month for the next year – apparently in Citimortgages’ eyes, ‘They couldn’t afford their mortgage then, so let’s up their mortgage by another $700 and see how that turns out’.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, this is an impending problem that CAN happen during your mortgage adjustments and IF something sounds too good to be true…It could very well be.

When will this Class Action be finalized? I went through the same miserable process with CitiMorgage, they almost made me lose my mind. I called my congressman serveral times through this process, and his office said just continue to do what they say. I would have lost my home if I had done that.
    When will we be compensated?

  • Michelle May 15, 2014, 3:43 pm

For over a year now we have been playing the game with CitiMortgage only to be told that we are not in eminent default so we do not qualify for a modification. Both myself & my husband are in Chapter 13, he is on ss and I was laid off for several months and had to take a lesser paying job. They have changed who we deal with several times, the latest sent me a letter with an email address that is not valid and a phone number that does not work. We have sent many docs, several times because they seem to lose them. We have even filed a complaint with the us treasury about them. All to no end. Wish we never got a mortgage with them!!

  • sandra d johnson July 16, 2014, 3:20 am

I have had the same situation as some of the people above. I just had to drive to citi attorney office in Columbia sc and paid a reinstatement fee of 45000.00 and this was about two weeks ago and still no money has not been posted to my account. The representative said it take time but with most banks it is put in the account as soon as you receive it. I have had them since 2002 and have had to go on blood pressure medicine and sugar meds due to aggression and stress out. I think they should have to reimburse me some of the money. I have sent paperwork after paperwork but I was denied a modification. When you call them one person tells you one thing and if you have to call back the person you talk with is so dumbfounded what is going on. I think all people that deal with them and have had problems we should fight for our rights.

    – MIGHT THIS QUALIFY AS A BIG “CLASS ACTION” either new or joining an existing one?
Citi offer “trial mortgage modification program, based on (HAMP), and said would it be permanent (They always lost paper work — I dropped them off at local the office and mailed/faxed duplicates), within their required time frame- CitiMortgage denied me a permanent modification plan. Promised (repeatedly- Don’t worry- You will walk away owing nothing—No tax Liability– no future lawsuits from Citi.
Citi financial knowingly committed fraud by Knowingly giving FALSE Legal, Financial and Tax advice to myself, presumably many others.
    1) Never got promised permanent modification
Citi offer “trial mortgage modification program”, based on (HAMP), which they claimed would become permanent (They always lost paper work I dropped them off at local the office mailed/faxed duplicates), within their required time frame- CitiMortgage denied me a permanent modification plan- only temporary modifications. After the first modification the rates were lowered, only temporarily. After I started working again, the raised the interest rate to @ 12% and extended the mortgage to a 40 yr. loan.
2). Due to their mishandling- I was pressured into short sale. Citi Said, “Don’t waste money on attorneys for loan modification- for short sale- or foreclosures… They are all Just Scams”.
We “only want to work with you-not and not attorneys- they are all scamers and will just take your money”. They Pressured me to sell my home at a HUGE LOSS, because they told me that it was all their (CITI-FINANCALS) loss, not mine, therefor, “Don’t worry about dropping the price from current market value- Don’t worry about fixing it up for a better sale price,…. drastically dropping the price won’t hurt you- in fact – it will sell quicker and that way you can get out from under your mortgage payments- because It really does not matter how much you sell your home for- you will just WALK AWAY”, with ZERO LIABILITY to us and the IRS.

Any one have citi -short sale (in 2013 – 14)- CITI claims “NO YOU WON’T OWE IRS A DIME” but- IRS ended this in 2012 irs DID NOT RENEW in 2013 MIGHT THIS QUALIFY AS A BIG “CLASS ACTION”- either new
    or joining an existing one?
Citi offer “trial mortgage modification program, based on
(HAMP), and said would it be permanent (They always lost
paper work — I dropped them off at local the office and
mailed/faxed duplicates), within their required time
frame- CitiMortgage denied me a permanent modification plan.
Promised (repeatedly- Don’t worry- You will walk away
owing nothing—No tax Liability– no future lawsuits from
    Citi.
Citi financial knowingly committed fraud by Knowingly giving
FALSE Legal, Financial and Tax advice to myself, presumably
    many others.
    1) Never got promised permanent modification
Citi offer “trial mortgage modification program”, based on
(HAMP), which they claimed would become permanent (They
always lost paper work I dropped them off at local the
office mailed/faxed duplicates), within their required
time frame- CitiMortgage denied me a permanent modification
plan- only temporary modifications. After the first
modification the rates were lowered, only temporarily. After
I started working again, the raised the interest rate to @
12% and extended the mortgage to a 40 yr. loan.
2). Due to their mishandling- I was pressured into short
sale. Citi Said, “Don’t waste money on attorneys for
loan modification- for short sale- or foreclosures… They
    are all Just Scams”.
We “only want to work with you-not and not attorneys-
they are all scamers and will just take your money”. They
Pressured me to sell my home at a HUGE LOSS, because they
told me that it was all their (CITI-FINANCALS) loss, not
mine, therefor, “Don’t worry about dropping the price
from current market value- Don’t worry about fixing it up
for a better sale price,…. drastically dropping the price
won’t hurt you- in fact – it will sell quicker and
that way you can get out from under your mortgage
payments- because It really does not matter how much
you sell your home for- you will just WALK AWAY”, with
ZERO LIABILITY to us and the IRS.
I have lost tens of thousands and Owe IRS tens of thousands
    based on their deceit.

I had a big problem with the CitiMortgage who put me a hardhip’s situation.I allege that the CitiMortgage, and loan company not only failed to deliver on its promises of providing me the home owner with reduced loan payments, but also financially devasted me..The CitiMortgage told me it could help me reduce loan payments by putting me in a trial mortgage modification program, based only company’s participationin the U.S. Treasury Department’s Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP)”If I do home modification, the payment of Home dus will be went down”the CitiMortgage stated. during the three months tral period, they told me to pay on time for home modification will be approved.I believed the CitiMortgage I paid on time since the firts modification on 1998.When I started doing home modification. I wwned the CitiMortgage only one month about $923.20, and one retuened check. The CitiMortgage told me to wiat for three months, I should know the modification should be approved or not.0.It did not tell me about the modification approved or not until almost one year that the CitiMortgage let me know the modofication was not approved. After letting me know I did approve the Modification, and it told me I owned the CitiMortgage about $84000. I did not believe I owned to $84000 because I never miss one month of the payment.. Later I filed disputting the amount I owned to $8400 because when the first trial period I started paying on time untill president time. from the first modification on 1998 to 2014, and I did never paying late on time all the time. The CitiMortgage continued to send me the letter amount I owned to $18,000, and then went down to $4,5000, and then went up to $8,470 until now..At the present time The stated I owned the amount of 8.470.00. I believe the CitiMortgage did not treat me fair because the amont I owned just went up and went donw without documents ssupported .I don’t understand because I alway pay my home payment every
month since the trial period of the first modification. I did another two modification but I was always was not approved. Now, I received another home modification letter threating me to do home modification . I did not believe that the home modification is THE WAY TO HELP ME, BUT IS IS THE WAY TO PUT ME HAVING HARSHIP SITUATION BECAUSE THE THE CITIMORTGAGE LIKE TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT UN FAIRLY JUDGMENT BECAUSE I USED TO PAY MY MONTHLY PAYMENT EVERY MONTH. I DID NEVER MISS ONE PAYMENT DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD OF THE MODIFICATION ON THE FIRST MODIFICATION ON 1998.THE CITIMORTGAGE NOW STATED I OWNED THEM SIX MONTHS TO THREAT ME FORCLOSURE>.I TOLD THEM I PAID EVERY MONTH”WHERE ARE THE MONEY I PAID FOR ?” I ASKED.THE CITIMORTGSGE RESPOND THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY TO PAY SOMETHING ELSE
THAT HAPPENED BEFORE. I TOLD THE MORTGAGE YOU CANNOT TAKE MY MONTHLY PAYMENT TO PAY THE DISPUTE ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AGREEMENT THAT WHAT I TOLD THE CITIMORTGAGE.NOW MY CREDIT IN CREDIT BUREAU IS VERY POOR BECAUSE THE CITIMORTGAGE REPORTED I OWNED THEM. I WILL MOR DETAIL DOCUMENTS TO REPORT TO YOU THAT YOU LAWSUIT AGAINST THE CITIMORTGAGE> I AM VERY HAPPY TO TESTIFY TO HELP YOU TO PROVE THAT THE CITIMORTGAGE PUT ME IN VERY HARDSHIP SITUATION WITHING ME FOR THE TAKE A HOME WITH ILLEGAL WAY IN THREATING THE HOME OWNER.
