Breath Right Snore Relief Class Action Lawsuit Complaint

Purchasers Of Breath Right Snore Relief File Class Action Lawsuit Against CNS Over Alleged Claims About Reduction In Loudness and Frequency Of Snoring.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against CNS, Inc. (“CNS” or “Defendant”), a subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, L.P., in the Circuit Court for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in St. Clair County Illinois (styled Justin Swires v. CNS, Inc., Class Action Case No. 11 L 587), alleging, among other things, that CNS promotes and sells Breath Right Snore Relief, an orally ingested throat spray, and allegedly falsely claims that the Breath Right Snore Relief product reduces loudness and frequency of snoring, provides “30 quiet nights,” can help 85% of snorers get relief and lubricates throat tissues to minimize vibrations and control the snoring sound, according to the Breath Right Snore Relief class action lawsuit complaint.

The Breath Right Snore Relief class action lawsuit complaint is reportedly brought on behalf of all persons and entities in Illinois, unless otherwise excluded, who purchased Breath Right Snore Relief, but not for resale.

The Breath Right Snore Relief class action lawsuit complaint reportedly asserts claims for alleged violations of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and unjust enrichment.

I was saddened to hear that this class action lawsuit is in progress. Apparently, Breathe Right has stopped producing the spray and throat strips, I assume due to this lawsuit. My wife can testify that the spray and throat strips do exactly what Breathe Right claims and that my snoring volume is significantly reduced to the point that it no longer keeps her awake. Please drop this lawsuit and work to get this product back into production. Breathe Right throat spray and strips will not work for everyone as the company advertises but it works for me and I imagine thousands if not millions of other Americans.

This lawsuit is ridiculous! We have relied on the snore spray for years. And I recommend it to friends who have roommates that you can hear through the whole house when they dont use the spray. I have to admit that it is not a “silent night” but it is REMARKABLY quieter when my husband is using the spray. If BREATHE RIGHT needs to do a case study to win this case PLEASE CONTACT US!

It’s very distressing to hear this great product has been discontinued; I can attest that Breathe Right Snore Relief works. If there’s anything that can help get this product back in stores, I’m all ears.

I am sorry this product is gone. It works is the bottom line. My girlfriend snores and I cannot sleep but we used the snore relief spray and I get a good nights sleep. I am not the snorer but the witness. She also feels better because the snoring wakes her up and with snore relief she sleeps through the night. We have tried other products and for her this is the only product that has worked.

Tried all day to find this product, as it works so well, then looked it up on the web, and here is the result. IT WORKS!!! And is very handy for those who travel and don’t want to take a machine with them. Some folks can’t use the strips as they perspire too much or it is irritating to their skin. But again we can’t have what works for us because some nitwit can’t use their head and move on to something that works for them. We need to stop being SUE HAPPY, someday it may bite you and then you can be disgusted with “sewers” too. Breathe Right, please bring it back!!!!

Please, please bring these produces back! Put warnings or disclaimers on them if necessary, but just start making them available again. I can’t use the nasal strips but once a week (thin skin) but I can use the strips or spray every night. They are for sale (at very high prices) on eBay and Amazon, but who can afford to pay inflated prices for products that may have an old expiration date!

Please, Illinois, let me have the right to a good night sleep!

It disgusts me that some nitwit (Justin Swires) plus one or more greedy lawyers are able to force the manufacturer of this product to discontinue it. It worked for me and obviously for a lot of other people. Maybe if we exiled these lawyers to China we would be a lot better off.

I was disheartened to see the breathe right throat strips discontinued. These strips were the only thing that has worked for me. They quietened my snoring at least 85%. I did find, however, that if not place far enough back in my throat…they didn’t work…so I would put them almost to the swallowing whole point at the back of my throat. Maybe that’s what all these people did wrong……they didn’t put them far enough to the back of their throat. I have tried various other things since these strips have been discontinued but I have yet to find anything that works as well. Yes, they can still be bought if I’m lucky enough to find them…but the price is outrageious.

I was so upset to find out this news about the spear. I bought mine from the 99¢ a long time ago and it was the only thing that worked for me. When I went to buy more I couldn’t find it anywhere. Now I know why. Some dumb ass. Some people. I’ve trides stop snore and it don’t work but you don’t see me out there sewing them. Plesr bring it back

my wife and i looked for this product for two days at walgreens, cvs, and wal mart no one could tell me that it had been pulled from store shelves until i went on the internet sorry for the lawsuit but there are lawyers always looking for something to sue about..

    this product does work

  • Shelly schuckers December 28, 2012, 9:41 pm

Like many others before me I have been looking for months for the snore relief spray. While it probably doesn’t stop my snoring I do know that it reduces the amount and loudness. I too have recommended it to friends and they also claim the same results. I hope they bring it back…no one is making anyone purchase this, so why sue over it. Give me a break!

  • Barbara Staehle December 29, 2012, 3:28 pm

Why do a few spoilers and money seekers ruin it for the rest of the population. Breathe Right Snore Relief not only worked, but it was easy to use and did not involve any expensive equipment. Please bring this product back on the market. Judging from the prices on Amazon and E-Bay, this product is in very high demand. What idiot started this whole thing anyway? Are they suing all the makers of snore relief sprays next so that none of us can find any relief? Class action lawsuits have ruined our economy and our ability to have choices. This is ridiculous! If the company needs a test subject to prove that this works, please contact us.

Breathe Right Snore Relief worked wonderfully…much better than our justice system with greedy attorneys and this silly law suit, which should be thrown out and production resumed. You aren’t protecting consumers this time, you’re doing them a disservice.

  • Amy February 19, 2013, 10:01 am

I can’t believe that this lawsuit ruined the production of a great product. It worked for me. Now what am I supposed to do – guess I could sue the lawyers that sued the company and made them stop producing this product.

  • deonne metz March 27, 2013, 9:51 am

I tried the throat strips for 2 nites and they did work. But I have an existing conidion – LPR – which causes excess throat mucuous.
So, after using the strips, my throat felt very dry and a little sore.
I guess, for me, it’s a two edged sword.

But like the others who responded here, I was disappointed to find out – a product that actually works [on snoring] has been discontinued.
Especially if it boils down to lawyer greed.

Now I know why I can’t find Snore Relief anymore! This is the only thing works for my husband! Please put it back on the shelves. I did find it on Ebay for $55.00 a bottle…a little steep for our budget.
