A class action lawsuit pending in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court alleging that certain drywall or wallboard imported from China (“Chinese Drywall”) was made with materials that emit harmful sulfur compounds and gasses into the air, causing potential electrical damage and respiratory and other health problems, has been certified as a class action by Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Joseph Farina, according to class action lawsuit news reports.
