A class action lawsuit pending in the United States District in Minnesota against Domino’s Pizza LLC alleging that Domino’s Pizza failed to provide sufficient reimbursement for delivery costs to Domino’s Pizza delivery drivers purportedly resulting in their being paid less than the minimum wage, has been certified as a class action lawsuit by federal Judge Donovan Frank, according to a class action lawsuit news report.
The Domino’s Pizza delivery driver class action lawsuit reportedly includes as class members all Domino’s pizza delivery drivers who worked in any state except New York and California from March 4, 2006, to the present.

Lets do the math. 5.50 an hour. 50 cents per delivery 2 an hour = 6.50 an hour. -each trip in gass -50 cents a run = 5.50 per hour. Tonight for my first 2 hours 4 runs i made no tips. then for the rest of the night i made about 2.00 = 9.50 per hour. HOW the GOD DAMN FUCK CAN A COMPANY SAY BECAUSE YOU MAKE TIPS WERE – YOUR WAGE SO IT EVENS OUT… NOT EVEN CONSIDERING WAER AND TEAR ON A CAR. THESE ARE GREEEEEEDY CORPORATE ASSHOLES.
