A class action settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Wellnx Life Sciences, Inc. (“Wellnx Life Sciences” or “Wellnx”) and other defendants (collectively “Defendants”) pending in the United State District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Eastern Division (styled In re Wellnx Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, Class Action MDL Case No. 07-md-1861 (RGS)) alleging, among other things, that Wellnx Life Sciences made misleading statements in its labeling and advertising of Liquid Hoodia Extreme, NV and Slimquick products (the “Products”), purportedly in violation of various states’ consumer protection law, according to the Wellnx Life Sciences Liquid Hoodia Extreme, NV & Slimquick class action settlement notice.
The Wellnx Life Sciences Liquid Hoodia Extreme, NV & Slimquick class action lawsuit settlement reportedly includes all persons who purchased the Products in the United States for personal use and not for resale during the time period January 1, 2003 through August 5, 2011.

If the Wellnx Life Sciences Liquid Hoodia Extreme, NV & Slimquick class action settlement is finally approved, each Settlement Class Member who provides a valid receipt or credit card statement showing that they purchased the Products will reportedly be sent a check in the amount of $14.00 for each bottle purchased during the Class Period, up to a maximum of two (2) and each Settlement Class Member who does not have a valid receipt or credit card statement showing that they purchased the Products, but who submits a claim form via U.S. mail or online at www.wellnxusasettlement.com, will also reportedly be sent a check in the amount of $14.00 for each bottle purchased during the Class Period, up to a maximum of two (2).
